JOB SUMMARY:
Provide analytical and decision‑support assistance to Universal Destinations & Experiences (UDX leadership by supporting operational and workforce analysis in a dynamic, guest‑facing environment. This role applies foundational industrial engineering, operations research, and analytical methods to help improve efficiency, service delivery, and workforce effectiveness across high‑volume operations. The Associate Industrial Engineer works under the guidance of senior Industrial Engineers and Managers to develop analyses, models, and decision‑support tools that inform planning, capacity, and productivity initiatives. This position offers hands‑on exposure to real‑world operational problems, with opportunities to grow technical skills, business judgment, and influence over time.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
EDUCATION:
Required
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Management Science, Decision Science, or a closely related field.
Preferred
Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Management Science, Decision Science, or a closely related field of study.
EXPERIENCE:
Required
2+ years of applied experience in industrial engineering, analytics, operations research, or a related analytical role, including internships, co‑op programs, or rotational assignments.
Preferred
Experience supporting hospitality, theme park, resort, retail, dining, entertainment, airline, or other high‑volume service operations with variable demand.
