Duration: 06 Months Contract (Potential for Extension/Conversion)
Role Summary:
The Instock Manager supports supply chain and inventory operations by working with internal teams and vendors to maintain product availability and resolve operational issues.
This role focuses on identifying inventory and supply chain problems, coordinating solutions, monitoring performance, and ensuring operational tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
Monitor inventory levels and identify out-of-stock and supply chain issues.
Investigate operational exceptions and identify root causes.
Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
Support purchase order and inventory-related activities.
Track missing site offers, inventory disruptions, and other operational exceptions.
Maintain and update Excel-based reports and operational metrics.
Monitor KPIs and help identify opportunities for improving supply chain performance.
Manage daily workload while meeting SLAs and quality standards.
Communicate updates and resolutions to cross-functional stakeholders.
Support high-volume operational activities during peak periods.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any field.
1+ year of experience in Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Project Management, or a related operational field.
1+ year of Excel experience, including basic formulas and VLOOKUP.
Strong communication and follow-through skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Nice to Have
Vendor management or vendor coordination experience.
Purchase order experience.
Inventory reporting/analysis.
Supply chain operations experience.
Experience working with KPIs, SLAs, or operational metrics.
Strong written communication.
