This role is responsible for driving meaningful sales activity through proactive prospecting, advisor education, territory analysis, pipeline management, meeting preparation, and timely follow-through. The Associate will use independent judgment to prioritize opportunities, tailor outreach, communicate Core’s investment offerings and market positioning, and support advisors with the information needed to evaluate real estate investment solutions for their clients. Success in this role requires a strong command of financial services sales, thoughtful relationship management, comfort operating in a regulated environment, and the ability to balance high-volume activity with strategic territory ownership.
What You Will Do:
- Partner with the External Wholesaler to develop and execute a territory coverage strategy that aligns prospecting, advisor segmentation, sales priorities, meeting cadence, and follow-up activity with overall capital raising goals.
- Own proactive outreach to financial advisors, RIAs, broker-dealers, family offices, and other intermediary relationships through targeted calls, emails, campaigns, and follow-up sequences designed to generate qualified meetings and advance opportunities through the pipeline.
- Use research, CRM data, prior engagement history, market intelligence, and advisor business profiles to prioritize prospects, personalize outreach, identify growth opportunities, and recommend next best actions for the territory.
- Educate advisors and prospective partners on Core’s real estate investment platform, product positioning, portfolio strategy, performance drivers, market trends, risk considerations, and the role real estate may play within diversified client portfolios.
- Exercise sound judgment when responding to advisor questions, determining when to escalate complex product, compliance, investment, or client-specific matters, and ensuring communications are accurate, consistent, and aligned with approved messaging.
- Prepare the External Wholesaler for meetings by developing advisor briefs, call plans, relationship context, opportunity summaries, agenda recommendations, and relevant product or market materials.
- Coordinate and support territory events, including advisor lunches, educational sessions, conferences, golf outings, sporting events, and other relationship-building activities; manage logistics, invitations, follow-up, and post-event opportunity tracking.
- Deliver product overviews, educational discussions, and training sessions for financial advisors, either independently or in partnership with the External Wholesaler, to strengthen advisor understanding and confidence in Core’s offerings.
- Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene by documenting outreach, advisor preferences, meeting outcomes, pipeline updates, follow-up commitments, and territory intelligence in a timely and accurate manner.
- Monitor sales activity, pipeline progression, territory trends, campaign effectiveness, and advisor feedback; prepare reporting and insights that support business planning and help leadership evaluate progress against goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Investor Relations, Product, Compliance, Operations, and Client Service to ensure advisor needs are addressed, materials are current, processes are efficient, and the advisor experience is consistent and professional.
- Stay current on Core’s products, real estate investment strategy, competitive landscape, capital markets trends, industry developments, and applicable regulatory or compliance expectations that impact advisor engagement.
- Support a seamless client and advisor experience by resolving routine inquiries, coordinating next steps, managing follow-through, and proactively surfacing relationship risks or service gaps.
- Contribute to team sales strategy by sharing market feedback, advisor objections, competitive intelligence, campaign ideas, and process improvement recommendations.
- Represent Core with professionalism, credibility, and discretion in all advisor and stakeholder interactions, consistently upholding company values and trust standards.
- Travel occasionally within the assigned territory for meetings, events, conferences, and relationship-building activities as business needs require.
- Work in the office at least four days per week to support collaboration, coaching, territory planning, and real-time partnership with the Wealth Management team.
Ideally, You'll Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

- Strong understanding of financial advisor channels, intermediary sales, investment products, capital markets, and consultative sales processes.
- Ability to build credibility with financial advisors and internal stakeholders through polished communication, strong follow-through, and thoughtful relationship management.
- Comfort making proactive outbound calls, managing high-volume outreach, handling objections, and moving advisor conversations toward clear next steps.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret CRM data, advisor activity, pipeline trends, market information, and sales performance insights to inform territory priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain investment concepts, product positioning, and market themes clearly and professionally.
