Job Title: Inventory Associate
A Shift M-F 6am-430pm
Location: Orlando, FL
Type: Contract On-Site
Compensation: $28 per hour

Responsibilities
• Support fulfillment operations by accurately counting inventory, receiving shipments, and packing items according to standard operating procedures
• Operate heavy equipment including forklifts, reach-trucks, turret-trucks, and electronic pallet jacks safely and efficiently
• Unload and inspect shipments, ensuring packages meet quality standards and are properly documented
• Perform quality control checks and document receipts using inventory management tools
• Manage data entry related to inventory, ensuring accurate and timely updates within the system
• Properly package, label, and store parts, adhering to workflow and safety standards
• Sort, stage, and secure packages to prevent loss and facilitate workflow efficiency
• Conduct storage audits and ensure parts are correctly stored and labeled according to procedures

Requirements
• Experience in fulfillment operations, including inventory counting, receiving, and packing (include years and companies if specified)
• Ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, reach-trucks, turret-trucks, and electronic pallet jacks, with safety and maintenance knowledge
• Willingness to receive forklift training and operate equipment as needed
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures
• Basic data entry skills and familiarity with inventory management systems
