Job Title: Inventory Associate
A Shift M-F 6am-430pm
Location: Orlando, FL
Type: Contract / On-site
Compensation: $28 per hour
Responsibilities
• Support fulfillment operations including inventory counting, receiving, and packing
• Receive shipments and unload deliveries from carriers
• Inspect packages arriving at the fulfillment center for quality and compliance
• Perform quality control checks on parts and materials
• Document receipts and process work orders using inventory management tools
• Input data accurately into inventory systems, navigating modules as needed
• Identify and apply appropriate packaging for parts at various workflow stages
• Sort, stage, and move packages or crates to designated areas, ensuring security
• Label and mark parts according to standard operating procedures
• Store and audit parts, ensuring proper storage and inventory accuracy
Requirements
• Experience in fulfillment operations, including inventory counting, receiving, and packing (include years and companies)
• Ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, reach-trucks, and electronic pallet jacks, with training if necessary
• Willingness to drive a forklift and lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety procedures
• Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management systems
