Role: Associate - Inventory I - B
Type: 6 Month with possible extension
Location: Merritt Island, FL
About the Role
We are looking for a Fulfillment Center Operations Associate to manage receiving, inventory, and material movement. This role requires a continuous improvement mindset identifying and escalating roadblocks that could cause defects downstream. You'll support root cause analysis and problem-solving to maintain operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
  • Operate forklifts, EPJs, reach-trucks, and turret-trucks safely and efficiently.
  • Unload, inspect, and process incoming shipments per SOPs.
  • Perform quality control checks and document receipts in inventory systems.
  • Enter data accurately into inventory management tools.
  • Package, label, sort, and stage parts throughout the workflow.
  • Store parts properly and conduct storage audits per SOPs.
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of Fulfillment Center / receiving / inventory experience.
  • Certified forklift operator.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and safety-first mindset.
  • Good communication and analytical/problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to derive inventory requirements from Bills of Material.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in aerospace or automotive warehouse/receiving environments.
