The group advises clients across the oil & gas sector, including upstream, E&P, midstream, and energy services companies, on a wide range of M&A, strategic advisory, and capital raising transactions. Associate Responsibilities

• Support the execution of M&A, strategic advisory, and capital raising transactions
• Build and maintain detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and operating models
• Prepare client presentations, board materials, marketing documents, and transaction materials
• Conduct industry, market, and company research
• Coordinate due diligence processes and support transaction execution
• Work directly with senior bankers and client management teams on live mandates
• Mentor and develop Analysts within the group

Vice President Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of M&A and capital markets transactions
• Manage client relationships and serve as a primary point of contact throughout transaction processes
• Oversee financial analyses, valuation work, and transaction materials
• Coordinate internal and external workstreams across live deals
• Participate in business development initiatives and client coverage efforts
• Mentor junior bankers and support team development
• Contribute to the continued growth and expansion of the energy advisory platform

Qualifications

• Associate: 3-6 years of investment banking experience
• Vice President: 6+ years of investment banking experience
• Prior experience in M&A, corporate finance, or energy investment banking preferred
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interest in the energy, infrastructure, and energy transition sectors
