The Associate, Investment, Partnerships plays a highly visible role in advancing the agency's strategic relationships across the media and adtech ecosystem. Working closely with the Group Director, Strategic Partnerships, this person will own key partner relationships while helping coordinate and execute partnership initiatives across the agency.
The role works cross-functionally with investment, planning and strategy, account leadership, marketing, new business, and other teams to connect partner capabilities to agency and client needs. This person must be relationship-oriented, highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities and stakeholders at once.
This role offers meaningful ownership, broad exposure to internal leadership and external partners, and the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility as the Partnerships function grows.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and grow a portfolio of media and adtech partner relationships through regular communication, strategic initiatives, and relationship development.
Coordinate partnership initiatives across internal teams and external partners, keeping multiple workstreams, stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables moving forward.
Support Joint Business Plans and other strategic partner initiatives by tracking priorities, deliverables, pacing, and progress.
Plan and execute partner programming including Platform Media Days, QBRs, Lunch & Learns, executive meetings, and internal knowledge shares.
Stay close to product roadmaps, alpha/beta opportunities, and emerging solutions, bringing relevant insights and opportunities back to agency teams.
Identify and support relationships with new and emerging adtech partners.
Partner with Marketing on co-marketing initiatives including case studies, newsletters, events, and partner spotlights.
Maintain partnership resources and communications that create visibility into partner capabilities, testing opportunities, and priorities across the agency.
Coordinate new partner onboarding with procurement, compliance, and other internal stakeholders.
Help measure and communicate the impact of partnership programs and initiatives.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, media, business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
Experience:
2+ years of experience in partnerships, media, marketing, advertising, account management, business development, or a related field. Agency, media platform, or adtech experience preferred, not required.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Strong relationship-building skills and confidence working with internal and external stakeholders across levels of seniority.
Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple relationships, workstreams, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive and responsive, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to keep initiatives moving forward.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize information and build effective presentations.
Collaborative and comfortable working across investment, strategy, account leadership, marketing, new business, and other functions.
Curiosity about the media and advertising landscape and an interest in emerging platforms, products, and capabilities.
Familiarity with digital media platforms and the adtech ecosystem preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant project management and collaboration tools.
Employees can be expected to be paid an annualized salary range of $52,640-$60,000, based on variations in knowledge, skills, experience, and market conditions.
