As an Associate with the Private Infrastructure Debt team, you’ll support deal evaluation of High Yield and Investment Grade transactions including underwriting, structuring, portfolio monitoring and client work across sectors like energy, power, renewables, transportation, digital infrastructure among other areas. You’ll conduct credit analysis, build financial models, and provide research insights to assist senior team members in making investment decisions.

Who You Are:The base salary range for this role is $141,000 - $191,000 as indicated above. Final compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, and alignment with the role’s responsibilities.
In addition to base pay, this role participates in an annual profit share bonus plan.
Time Off Program: Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. We’re open to considering talent in the New York metro area. This role offers hybrid work set-up including four days in-office and one day remote. You’ll work with your leader to figure out which option may align best based on several factors.
