This is a full-time position working onsite in Des Moines, IA.
Assess and troubleshoot basic support issues while applying understanding of modern software, hardware, systems, and applications. Participate in on-call rotation for support outside of core hours.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate IT issues. Fulfill IT requests.
- Create and maintain accurate records and technical documentation.
- Perform technical cross-training with team members.
- Perform other specialized tasks in relation to established career development plans.
