Job Location- IT Support Technician
Location:Solon, OH (Onsite)
Duration- 06 Month+ Contract
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate:UP TO $24/Hour on W2
We're hiring an IT Support Technician to provide onsite technical support for end users. In this role, you'll troubleshoot hardware and software issues, support Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Outlook, Teams, printers, and mobile devices, set up new employee workstations, maintain IT inventory, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of IT support or Help Desk experience
- Experience with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Outlook, and Teams
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
- Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, or relevant IT certification
