Job Summary:
- Our client, a top-tier law firm, is seeking a Litigation Associate with 2–6 years of experience (only) to join its Florida office. This position offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of litigation matters, including construction, banking, mortgage lending, and creditors' rights.
- The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to manage cases independently with some oversight, and a client-focused approach. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within a nationally recognized litigation practice.
- 2–6 years of litigation experience.
- Strong legal writing, research, and advocacy skills.
- Experience managing case work and client communications.
- Licensed to practice in Georgia or eligible for admission by waiver.
- Fully onsite position.
- 2–6 years of experience (only).
- Defense litigation experience—preferably in construction, banking, or creditors' rights.
- Licensed to practice in Florida or eligible for admission by waiver.
