Job Summary:This position offers a hybrid work schedule. Candidates who are located within 50 miles of a West Bend office location will work a hybrid schedule for collaboration days, team meetings or other in-person events. The position can be based in West Bend or Madison.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Review vendor surveys to ensure accuracy and thoroughness of information provided. Make appropriate recommendations to insureds to minimize loss and maintain loss control programs. Consult with underwriters to determine account and risk acceptability. Assist with the development of resources. Communicate loss control programs and recommendations with agents, underwriters and policyholders. Efficiently process appropriate reports and documentation.
Preferred Experience and Skills
· 0-2 years of experience in insurance, loss control or related field
· Basic understanding of insurance and/or safety
· Oral and written communication skills
· Fluent in Microsoft Office products
· Interpersonal Skills
· Organizational Skills
Preferred Education and Training
· Associate’s degree in Loss Control, Safety, Insurance or related field
· Associate in General Insurance designation

Salary Statement:The hourly pay for this position is between $26.42-$33.03.
The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. Compensation decisions are made by West Bend and are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
