Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents and agreements. Conduct due diligence and provide strategic legal counsel to clients. Support clients in structuring and closing transactions in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and ensure successful deal execution. Stay updated on relevant legal developments and provide insights to clients and team members. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
