Title: Associate Manager, Commercial Enablement Location: Remote Duration: 0-3+ Months (Possible Extension depending on performance) Shift: 1st Shift (9AM-3PM, M-F) Pay Rate: $50.00/Hour on w2. Duties: Frequently execute, monitor, and drive visibility to Product Work Requests (PWR) that are required to execute projects. The ability to deliver projects and input accurately and on time will be critical to the success of this role. This position is accountable for chartering new projects, upon demand. Around 43 projects annually. Our customers and field sales will rely on you to represent them. Serve as their voice in the development of strategies, plans, and execution. We will look to you to ensure programs are best in class and will deliver the business needs. This role has significant partnerships across Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Research & Development, and Sales. This individual must be able to work with a group of diverse functions and ensure they are all working towards the same initiatives. Proactively track and analyze data, while making strategic and tactical recommendations for the category. It will be necessary for you to provide perspective and solutions to the teams based on learnings from both compny and competitive intel. Qualifications: Background in the areas of commercial strategy, customer marketing, sales strategy, sales planning, field sales or cross-functional project work. Ability to manage multiple projects with various deadlines, specific time constraints, and conflicting priorities. Must be able to prioritize projects within heavy workload periods. Strong organizational, presentation, and written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical skills: the ability to interpret Nielson Data and market research Excellent skills in Microsoft Office applications specifically Excel. • The ability to work with many people at various levels of the organization. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong self-motivation and time management skills. Project Management software – TPM
