Sitting within the Everyone & Everywhere portfolio, this role brings each brand's strategy to life through culturally relevant storytelling, authentic collaborations, and social engagement.
Reporting to the Director of Culture & Content, this person will own approximately 2-3 brands while serving as the primary day-to-day partner out of our Los Angeles office.
Culture & Social:
Spot emerging trends, communities, creators, and behaviors across audiences and cultures, and turn them into actionable opportunities, including identifying the right moments and spaces for brands to authentically join cultural conversations.
Develop always-on and campaign plans with cross-functional and agency partners - driving the creative bar and ensuring integrated execution across functions
Own the full content lifecycle for quick-turn, organic content often with little to no outside production support: ideation, concepting, scripting/storyboarding, filming/content capture, and editing across short-form video and static formats
Adapt and repurpose influencer, UGC, campaign, and IRL activation footage into platform-native content in near real time
Translate organic to paid content by working with media, brand, and creative teams to ensure a consistent flow of content into our paid flywheel
Own day-to-day social planning and publishing across all social platforms, ensuring content reflects platform best practices and audience expectations
Partner with community management to foster meaningful conversations and help evolve each brand's voice across owned channels
Protect brand trust through social monitoring, triaging timely interactions, and execuing escalation protocols with cross-functional partners
Protect brand trust through timely and accurate responses
Creators, Partnerships & Experiences:
Build creator rosters aligned with each brand's audience
Coordinate creator and partner campaign execution, approvals, timelines, and performance tracking
Nurture and support long-term relationships that strengthen brand affinity
Execute partnerships and IRL activations that expand relevance, credibility, reach, and conversation
Lead the connected 360 plan across social, community, creators, partnerships, experiences, and paid amplification.
Leadership & Measurement:
Collaborate with brand, insights, creative, PR, product, growth, and analytics
Support agency partners and external vendors throughout campaign development
Partner with analytics and growth teams to analyze results and identify actionable learnings
Recommend optimizations that improve engagement, creator performance, and business outcomes
Expected to measure and track KPIs across content and community performance, including engagement quality, organic and creator performance, sentiment, share of voice, content efficiency, and audience participation.
You'll Need:
3-5 years of experience in brand, social, cultural marketing, partnerships, creator marketing, or adjacent disciplines
Strong understanding of social-first storytelling and platform-native creative
Demonstrated, hands-on content creation skills are required for this role - you must be able to independently concept, shoot, and edit content (proficiency with tools like CapCut, Premiere, Figma, or equivalent is expected)
A portfolio or reel showing native social content you've personally created and edited (not just directed or briefed)
Deep understanding of major and emerging platforms, distinct community dynamics per channel, and the agility to pivot strategic approaches
Proven success building culturally relevant programs that generate conversation, engagement, and brand love
Strong consumer instinct and cultural empathy across different audiences, communities, and subcultures
Excellent communication and project management skills
Ability to balance multiple brands and competing priorities
Strong creative instincts, editorial judgment, and ability to move quickly on opportunity.
