What will you be doing?
- Support owned.com business.
- Ensure branded site meets and exceeds financial goals on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Create weekly business reporting.
- Drive the customer experience and business growth through KPI management and recommendations.
- Partner on SEO efforts.
- Support the brand and implement best practices on owned.com.
- Support site merchandising optimizations.
- Deliver the best consumer experience while maximizing revenue.
- Partner on catalog management.
- Ensure inventory is supporting stories, partnering with the inventory team where there is opportunity.
- Track seasonal inventory.
- Partner with demand planning and brand partners on inventory management.
- Conduct trend and market research.
- Work collaboratively with key partners and other digital industry leaders to better understand trends.

Qualifications that make you the perfect fit:
- Bachelors Degree in related field preferred.
- 2-4 years of previous business experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, digital merchandising, or related disciplines.
- Excellent communication skills (written, oral, and in presentation).
- Ability to influence.
- Ability to troubleshoot and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
- Microsoft Office, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Coveo, Sitecore.
