Associate Manager - Loyalty Partnerships

As the Associate Manager, Loyalty Partnerships, you will help secure and manage new external partnerships that support Best Buy's Membership growth strategy. This role will focus on identifying, developing, launching, and optimizing subscription and membership partnership opportunities for Best Buy. You will help build and execute a high-volume partnership roadmap, working closely with external partners, vendors and Best Buy cross-functional teams. A successful candidate will bring strong vendor management, project management, critical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills, along with the ability to translate partner opportunities into clear business cases, test plans, and measurable outcomes.

This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work on site Monday through Thursday at the Best Buy corporate office in Richfield, Minnesota. You can work virtually from home or another non‑Best Buy location on Friday. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.

What you'll do

• Manage external vendor relationships for membership partnerships to drive partner and Best Buy shared goals.
• Support the team in business development activities to attract and retain new partnerships to the My Best Buy ecosystem.
• Build and maintain a partnership test pipeline, helping launch new partnership tests by evaluating partner opportunities, sequencing tests, and coordinating resources for implementation.
• Develop clear test plans, partner briefs, success metrics, and business cases that connect each partnership opportunity to Membership acquisition goals.
• Lead day-to-day execution with external vendors and internal teams across Membership, Subscriptions, Marketing, Digital, Product, Analytics, Finance, Legal, and Operations.
• Monitor campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and communicate results, learnings, risks, and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional partners.
