The Associate Manager, Media supports the Sr. Manager, Media in leading an integrated, full-funnel media strategy for the Yogurt & Shakes business, partnering closely with cross-functional teams and our media agency across planning, buying, execution, and performance reporting. This role is HYBRID, in-office 3 days a week, and may be based in White Plains, NY or Louisville, CO.
We're seeking someone who brings both strategic vision and operational excellence, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to balance the strengths of both tried and true and emerging media opportunities as we drive stronger connected commerce from screen to shelf.
Responsibilities
- Act as the connective tissue between the marketplace, agency partners, and brand teams.
- Ensure Danone briefs the agency effectively and that in turn, the agency delivers high-quality media plans that achieve campaign objectives-whether launching innovation, activating tentpoles, reaching new households, piloting new partners, or driving always-on awareness through continuous media reach.
- Manage brand team deliverables including owning key timelines (tactical, trafficking, and reporting, etc.), and serving as a visible, vocal leader in brand, enterprise, and agency forums to inform marketing decisions.
- Work collaboratively across the organization and externally to drive integrated marketing plans across all consumer touchpoints.
- Lead tactical planning with media agency team including media planning for brand launches, tentpoles, and annual campaigns across strategy, execution, optimization, and learnings.
- Accountable for an enterprise focus area to scale education and impact across the organization (e.g., Upfront, AI, Sports, Multi-Cultural advertising).
Benefits and Compensation
The salary range for this position is $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 USD. The exact salary offered will depend on several factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, geographic location, internal equity, and market conditions.
