As a pricing associate manager on the Personal Lines Pricing's leadership team, you'll coordinate the pricing work for Progressive's auto product. Your team influences our ability to find the right price and coverage for our customers. In this role, you'll ensure the auto product is adequately priced and modernize our approaches and processes. You'll manage new hires during New Hire Academy, run and build new training programs, and lead the development of your team. Additionally, you'll focus on annual analyst planning and staffing, as well as recruiting.

Must-have qualifications
- A minimum eight years analytical property casualty insurance experience or related professional experience (e.g., analytical work in a professional setting).
- {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher with an emphasis in Finance, Mathematics, Accounting or related field of study (e.g., Economics, Statistics) and a minimum five years analytical property casualty insurance experience or related professional experience (e.g., analytical work in a professional setting).
Preferred skills
- Pricing experience and/or product knowledge of personal lines auto.
- Prior leadership/mentorship experience including excellent business acumen and ability to see big picture.
- Strong desire and capability to develop people, facilitate and develop training, drive results, and create inclusive work environment.
- Excellent written and communication skills. Conveying complex topics to a broad range of audiences.
- Familiarity with coding/programming languages such as SQL, R and advanced knowledge of Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables, charts, graphs and macros).
Compensation
- $98,400 - $131,200 year
- Gainshare annual cash incentive program up to 30% of your eligible earnings, based on company performance.
