Associate Manufacturing Associate - 2nd Shift

In this role, you will perform essential manufacturing processes in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintain strict quality control throughout production workflows, operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, and adhere to GMP and safety regulations. You will also play a vital part in troubleshooting processes and suggesting improvements to optimize operations. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be instrumental in delivering top-tier results.
Required Skills:
- 0-5 years of manufacturing experience
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of manufacturing best practices and industry regulations
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with high attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in diagnostics or pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Familiarity with GMP compliance and safety protocols
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working with manufacturing equipment or in a cleanroom environment is a plus
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work the 2:00PM to 10:30PM shift, Monday through Friday
- Commitment to maintaining safety standards and quality assurance
