Associate Manufacturing Associate - 2nd Shift
Location: Tucson, AZ 85755
Pay: $19.89/hr, paid weekly (includes 2nd shift differential)
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
Duration: 12-Month Contract
Overview

Responsibilities
- Perform dispenser build manufacturing processes following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Assemble products accurately while meeting quality and production standards.
- Operate, clean, and perform routine maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety procedures, and company policies.
- Inspect products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure quality.
- Assist team leads and engineers with troubleshooting production issues.
- Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic manufacturing or equipment issues.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and best practices.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. regularly.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in pharmaceutical or diagnostics manufacturing.
- Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Education & Experience
- 0-5 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
- High School Diploma or GED.
