    Associate Manufacturing Engineer

    \n

    The Manufacturing Engineer provides engineering support for manufacturing processes, projects, and operational functions. This role evaluates manufacturing performance, identifies opportunities for improvement, and implements solutions that enhance quality, efficiency, cost, and overall process performance.

    Key Responsibilities

    • \n
    • Provide engineering support for manufacturing processes, equipment, projects, and day-to-day production activities.
    • \n
    • Evaluate manufacturing performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and cost reduction.
    • \n
    • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, reliability, and productivity.
    • \n
    • Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, including the transition of new products and processes into manufacturing.
    • \n
    • Support the introduction, qualification, and implementation of new manufacturing equipment and processes.
    • \n
    • Troubleshoot manufacturing and process-related issues and recommend effective solutions.
    • \n
    • Apply established engineering principles, procedures, and systems to complete assigned projects and responsibilities.
    • \n
    • Make sound technical decisions using professional judgment, established practices, data, and previous experience.
    • \n
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support manufacturing and operational objectives.
    • \n
    • Work independently with minimal supervision while appropriately escalating complex technical issues.

    Qualifications

    \n
    • \n
    • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent education and experience.
    • \n
    • Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply; prior professional experience is not required.
    • \n
    • Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, procedures, and systems.
    • \n
    • Basic understanding of engineering concepts and principles related to manufacturing and process improvement.
    • \n
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    • \n
    • Ability to apply engineering knowledge and professional judgment to practical manufacturing challenges.
    • \n
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across functions.
    • \n
