ApTask Global Workforce (AGW) is seeking an Associate Manufacturing NS for an on-site position with a 12+ month contract with our client, a Major Pharmaceutical Company, located in Holly Springs, NC.
 
Summary:
This role supports a 24/7 manufacturing operation by executing material movement, labeling, inventory control, and documentation activities in compliance with cGMP, safety, and quality requirements. The successful candidate will interface with internal customers to ensure accurate material availability and inventory integrity in support of manufacturing schedules. This position utilizes a 2-2-3 rotating shift schedule, and candidates must be open to working either the day or night shift.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Proficiently operate material handling equipment, including drum dollies, carts, electric pallet jacks, tables, and related tools
  • Perform material labeling activities in accordance with approved procedures
  • Accurately execute inventory transactions in MES and SAP systems
  • Interface with internal customers (Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain) to troubleshoot inventory discrepancies
  • Conduct cycle counts and support inventory reconciliation activities
  • Assist with quality and safety investigations as required
  • Provide clear, detailed descriptions of issues to support safety and quality escalations
  • Communicate task status, issues, and escalations during shift handoffs
  • Maintain compliance with cGMP, safety, and data integrity expectations
  • Demonstrate flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed
Requirements:
  • High school/GED and 2+ years of work experience OR an Associate's degree and 6+ months of work experience OR a Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with material handling and inventory accuracy
  • Knowledge of GMP compliance and documentation
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Reliability and accountability in a shift-based environment
Pay range: up to $25.45 per hour
