We are seeking motivated individuals to join our production team on 3rd shift, supporting the assembly, formulation, packaging, and manufacturing of diagnostic and reagent products.

This is a contract opportunity offering a shift differential for overnight hours and the chance to gain valuable experience in a regulated manufacturing setting.
Shift Details

• Shift: 3rd Shift (Overnight)
• Schedule: Sunday night through Thursday night
• Hours: 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM
• Openings: 2 Contract Positions
• Shift Differential: Available

Position Overview
As an Associate Manufacturing Operator, you will support manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating equipment, maintaining quality standards, and helping ensure efficient production processes. The ideal candidate has previous experience working overnight as a Manufacturing Operator, Production Operator, Assembly Technician, or Assembler.
Production Areas
Selected candidates may be assigned to one of the following manufacturing departments:

Large Bottles

• Perform formulation and filling of multi-liter reagent products
• Follow established manufacturing procedures and quality standards

Dispenser Build

• Manually assemble reagent dispensers used in diagnostic assays
• Operate automated dispenser assembly equipment
• Inspect components and completed assemblies for quality

Kit Pack

• Label, assemble, and package finished reagent kits
• Ensure products meet packaging and labeling requirements
• Prepare materials for distribution

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble products according to approved specifications and work instructions
• Perform quality checks throughout the production process
• Support production goals while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
• Safely operate manufacturing equipment, machinery, and production tools
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines
• Identify and communicate production, equipment, or quality issues to supervisors
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Contribute to continuous improvement and teamwork initiatives

Qualifications

• 0 to 5 years of manufacturing, assembly, production, or related experience
• Previous experience working a 3rd shift or overnight schedule preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Good verbal and written communication abilities
• Experience using manufacturing equipment, industry tools, or production software is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
