Are you ready to take your manufacturing skills to the next level? We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to fill multiple Associate Manufacturing Operator positions on our 3rd shift. This is your chance to contribute to innovative product assembly in a dynamic environment while earning a competitive rate and enjoying a supportive team culture.
What You'll Do:
Assemble products meticulously following detailed specifications
Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the assembly process
Maintain high levels of production efficiency to meet team goals
Safely operate various tools and machinery essential for manufacturing
Report any operational issues promptly to supervisors for swift resolution
Required Skills:
0 to 5 years of manufacturing experience, ideally as a Manufacturing Operator
Strong problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors
Proficiency with industry-specific tools and software is a plus
Nice to Have Skills:
Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not mandatory
Familiarity with safety protocols and machinery operation
Ability to adapt quickly to new processes and shifts
Preferred Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous manufacturing experience is highly valued but not required for entry
Other Requirements:
Availability to work the 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM shift
Willingness to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
