What You'll Do:

• Assemble products meticulously following detailed specifications
• Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the assembly process
• Maintain high levels of production efficiency to meet team goals
• Safely operate various tools and machinery essential for manufacturing
• Report any operational issues promptly to supervisors for swift resolution

Required Skills:

• 0 to 5 years of manufacturing experience, ideally as a Manufacturing Operator
• Strong problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Proficiency with industry-specific tools and software is a plus

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not mandatory
• Familiarity with safety protocols and machinery operation
• Ability to adapt quickly to new processes and shifts

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Availability to work the 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM shift
