Associate Manufacturing Operator - 3rd Shift

We are seeking candidates with previous experience working as a Manufacturing Operator or Assembler, preferably in a 3rd shift/overnight manufacturing environment.

The Opportunity

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Assembling and packaging products according to established specifications and work instructions.
• Performing quality checks throughout the assembly process.
• Maintaining productivity and meeting daily production goals.
• Safely operating production tools, equipment, and machinery.
• Identifying and reporting quality, equipment, or production issues to supervisors.
• Following all company safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.

What We're Looking For

• 1–5 years of manufacturing, production, or assembly experience.
• Previous experience working 3rd shift/overnight is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and standardized work procedures.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
• Familiarity with manufacturing tools, equipment, or production software is a plus.
