What Youll Do:

Required Skills:
- 0-5 years of hands-on manufacturing or assembly experience
- Strong problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly
- Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and reporting
- Basic proficiency with industry tools and software
Nice to Have Skills:
- Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not mandatory
