Associate Manufacturing Technician (Aseptic Technician I)
Location: Ridgefield, NJ
Pay Rate: $25–30/hour
Duration: 1 Year

Job Description

  • Perform aseptic manufacturing operations for bulk, formulation, filling, inspection, and packaging of pharmaceutical and medical device products.
  • Execute hyaluronic acid (HA) collection, extraction, gel manufacturing, buffer/saline preparation, and intermediate bulk manufacturing.
  • Perform aseptic gown qualification and participate in media fill simulations per regulatory requirements.
  • Clean and sanitize classified manufacturing areas, production equipment, and process systems.
  • Prepare production equipment, filters, and materials for manufacturing operations.
  • Complete GMP batch records, production logs, and witness documentation for manufacturing activities.
  • Support product sampling, environmental monitoring, process validation, and system validation activities.
  • Operate within cGMP-compliant aseptic manufacturing environments while supporting HSE requirements.
  • Perform routine formulation, filling, and packaging operations as required.

Education

  • High School Diploma, Associate's Degree, or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical manufacturing experience in a GMP-regulated environment.
