Key Responsibilities
- Execute manufacturing and support processes according to SOPs and GMP standards.
- Maintain equipment and ensure adherence to compliance policies and regulations.
- Complete documentation in SOPs, logbooks, and other GMP documents accurately.
- Support production schedules and ensure materials are available for production.
- Promote a safe work environment and adhere to safety codes and EHS policies.
- Participate in audit preparation and process improvements.
- Foster a team-oriented approach and demonstrate leadership skills.
Requirements
- 0-3 years of experience or trade school equivalent.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions and solve practical problems.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic supply chain environment.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 lbs. for extended periods.
- Previous GMP experience/knowledge and at least 1 year of prior experience.
Preferences
- Knowledge of chromatography and continuous improvement experience.
- Familiarity with SAP and prior experience with Batch Records.
