The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, deadline-driven, analytical, and comfortable managing the day-to-day execution of digital video campaigns. • Troubleshoot campaign setup, tracking, creative, pacing, and delivery issues in a timely and organized manner

  • Maintain campaign documentation, marketing calendars, briefs, trafficking sheets, and status trackers to ensure visibility across stakeholders

  • Keep YouTube campaigns up to date with the latest site, promotional, audience, and product information from internal partners

  • Stay informed on YouTube, Google Ads, and digital video advertising trends, platform updates, ad formats, measurement capabilities, and best practices

  • Analyze, test, and iterate on campaign setup and performance to uncover new optimization opportunities

  • Implement structured tests around campaign incrementality, creatives, audiences and bid strategies

  • Efficiently and effectively manage day-to-day problems and communicate effectively in difficult and time-sensitive situations. Understand when (and why) to escalate issues

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • 2–3 years of experience in digital media, campaign management, ad trafficking, paid media, or ecommerce marketing

  • Experience managing or trafficking campaigns across YouTube, Google Ads, DV360, Campaign Manager 360, or similar digital advertising platforms

  • Understanding of digital video campaign execution, including creative specs, targeting, tracking, pacing, QA, and performance reporting

  • Experience working with creative assets, media plans, trafficking sheets, campaign briefs, and marketing calendars

  • Experience with analytics or reporting platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads reporting, Looker, Tableau, or similar tools

  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets

  • Strong analytical and communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder requests at once

  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working in platforms where accuracy is critical

  • A proactive, solutions-oriented attitude with a strong desire to learn, problem solve, and take on new challenges

  • Ability to work independently while knowing when to seek input or escalate issues

  • A strong, positive, and collaborative attitude
