Associate Marketing Manager – Distributor ChannelThe Associate Marketing Manager – Distributor Channel is responsible for executing all marketing plans, including distributor marketing and sales enablement for the Workwear Outfitters brand under the guidance of the Marketing Manager. You will work closely with marketing team members, merchandisers, the business team, creative services, and outside agencies to ensure marketing plans are executed on time. The role includes coordinating and executing a range of resources and annual plan tactics such as sales and distributor enablement, email campaigns, distributor content, and media plans.How You Will Make a DifferenceExecute all sales and distributor support materials ranging from catalogs, brochures, sell sheets, sales/distributor content and requests, etc.Act as the Seismic lead for distributor and sales support materials.Work with our internal creative services team and other stakeholders to create all sales and distributor content pieces aligning with our overall Workwear Outfitters brand and messaging strategy.Lead the execution of marketing plan tactics from start to finish, leveraging internal and agency support, driving collaboration.Help develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all sales and distributor-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets.Build‑out and manage all sales and distributor content within a shared content library.Plan and execute distributor email campaigns, including ongoing testing and analysis to improve engagement.Manage product and lifestyle photography needs with our internal studio and/or outside third parties.Skills for SuccessBachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field.3–5 years of relevant marketing experience.Proven success in executing marketing plans and campaigns.Strong project management, multitasking, and decision‑making skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Metrics‑driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity.Experience with creating a wide variety of marketing content.Self‑starter who isn't afraid to ask questions and roll up sleeves.Willingness to travel (15% of time).4 days onsite in Nashville.Major benefits include medical, vision, and dental, as well as Life and Disability coverage.Other benefits included: 401(k), tuition reimbursement, employee assistance program, flexible spending accounts, and many others.#J-18808-Ljbffr
