Position Type: Full-Time, Hourly
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience
What You'll Do
As a Material Handling Associate, you'll play a key role in supporting both warehouse and production activities, including:
Safely operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts with attachments (clamp, fork, probe)
Moving and staging materials to keep machine centers stocked and support workflow
Loading and unloading deliveries per established procedures
Verifying material details, such as quantity, size, and packaging
Accurately completing documentation for internal and external use
Keeping warehouse and work areas clean and organized
Working independently and taking initiative to resolve routine problems
Assisting Finishing Inspector/Stackers by stacking, packaging, and handling finished goods as needed
Qualifications
Prior experience in material handling, shipping/receiving, or warehouse preferred
Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
Comfortable supporting fast-paced production tasks alongside other team members
Ability to read and follow instructions and perform basic math
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills
Physically able to stand, walk, and lift/move up to 50 pounds
Positive attitude and ability to work independently
