Job Summary:

The primary purpose of this position is to provide support for the coordination of the delivery, restock, and

inventory verifications of internal material requirements to ensure timely receipt of required material and efficient

delivery of finished product to customers. Performs clerical and physical tasks for receipt of goods.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

Adheres to Integer Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not

limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems,

U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other

regulatory requirements.

Assists with running Kanban delivery routes, which include: pick-up, pick/pull process, delivery of goods,

transactions and restocking of containers.

Assists with organizing and maintaining direct materials and/or other components stock.

Supports operations planning by monitoring and verifying inventory levels and lot sequences and/or heat

numbers.

Provides support with customer service in manning of stockroom counter, processing and distributing

incoming and outgoing deliveries.

Assists with ordering product directly from the supplier to ensure material is received within the required

timeframe to meet schedules.

Assists with loading and unloading trucks for incoming and outgoing material.

Compiles and maintains computerized records such as material inventory.

Performs other duties as required.

Education & Experience:

Minimum Education: High school graduate or equivalent

Minimum Experience: 0-2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment; regulated industry experience

preferred.
