What you''ll do:

• Support merchants in supplier negotiations and manage purchase orders for assigned categories.
• Assist in resolving supplier issues and facilitate the setup of new suppliers for stores and online channels.
• Execute customer communication and education programs, ensuring accurate product page content and search query management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement category features, modular layouts, and promotional activities.
• Analyze sales and category performance data to support forecasting, budgeting, and business planning.
• Guide suppliers in developing customer-focused processes and maintain compliance with company policies and standards.

What you''ll bring:

• Proven experience in vendor relationship management and supplier negotiations within a retail or merchandising environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform sales, business, and data analysis to support category strategy and decision-making.
• Proficiency in managing product assortment, pricing strategies, and promotional feature execution across multiple channels.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence business partners.
• Ability to support budgeting, forecasting, and category financial performance tracking aligned with organizational goals.
• Familiarity with e-commerce management and digital tools to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
