Role Summary<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>• Advise corporate clients and private equity funds on acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments, and similar transactions<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Draft and negotiate core deal documents and manage transactions end to end<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Handle general corporate matters for portfolio companies and strategic clients
<\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
Candidate Profile<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>• Law school class years 2018–2021<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Significant hands -on M&A experience and fluency with corporate law and market terms<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Proven drafting skills, effective deal management, and comfort running workstreams with autonomy<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Driven, business -development mindset with the judgment to own client -facing responsibilities
<\/span><\/span>
