Role Description

\n

This is a full-time, full-remote litigation Associate role at Arktouros, PLLC. The Associate will be responsible for day-to-day legal tasks, working closely with partners and senior attorneys on case preparation, research, writing legal documents, and client interaction. The role also involves attending court hearings, depositions, and trials.

Qualifications

• Legal research, legal writing, and case preparation skills
• \n
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• \n
• Eagerness to take ownership over cases and work product
• \n
• Attention to detail and time-management skills
• \n
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• \n
• Federal Clerkship experience preferred
• \n
• Bar admission in New York, Florida, or D.C. preferred
• \n
• Prior experience in litigation, digital-asset technologies, or a related field is a plus
• \n
• Spanish fluency highly valued
