Associate Micro Electronic Assembler

This role involves performing various assembly operations on RF and Microwave hybrid assemblies or subassemblies, including wire/ribbon bonding and working with electronic components based on work instructions and drawings.

• Assemble electronic components using tools and microscopes, maintaining accurate logs and paperwork.
  
• Follow safety protocols, ISO procedures, and industry standards, with responsibilities including equipment setup, adjustments, and certifications.
  
• Requires minimal experience (typically one year), the ability to recognize non-conformities, work flexibly, and operate under microscope conditions.
  
• Preferred skills include experience with gold wire/ribbon bonding and hybrid microelectronics assembly techniques.
