Base Salary: $120k - $140k + Bonus

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is an early operations hire opportunity at a growing alternative investment firm, offering broad ownership across middle office, investment operations, and credit platform support in a lean, entrepreneurial environment. The role is ideal for someone with 1 3 years of operations experience at an asset manager, private credit firm, hedge fund, or alternative investment platform who wants to move beyond a narrowly defined function, take on meaningful responsibility across trade processing, loan servicing, cash reconciliation, and operational workflow development, and grow with a scaling platform from the ground up. Candidates from larger organizations with strong middle office fundamentals who are ready for a more hands-on, multi-hat environment will be particularly well positioned.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support day-to-day middle office and investment operations activities including trade processing, trade support, and cash reconciliations
• Support operational activities associated with the firm's investment portfolio;assist with loan servicing for the firm's growing credit strategy including tracking loan principal and interest payments and preparing and maintaining loan amortization schedules
• Support invoicing and other operational requirements related to credit investments
• Work closely with Finance and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and efficient operational processes;help develop and improve operational workflows as the firm scales
• Coordinate with external service providers and vendors;serve as an internal point of contact for certain operational and outsourced IT matters
• Take on additional operational projects and responsibilities as the platform continues to grow
