Job Description:

Role Overview: Support the Credit Operations team by performing data research and administrative tasks to meet lender and consumer requirements. This entry-level position focuses on accuracy, speed, and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) within a structured, high-volume environment.

Location: Our office is located 3001 Hackberry Rd. Irving TX, 75063. Candidates should live within a commutable distance to this site.

Training: on-the-job training and side by side with other associates.

Schedule: This operation center is open from7:00am-5:00pm Central Monday - Friday. Employees work everyday onsite since we are an essential team for the operations of Cotality. Adherence to working these hours is required, no exceptions. Some overtime may be desired depending on business needs. There would be one Lunch Break for 30 minutes or 1 hour based on each person preference and two 15 minutes breaks

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Research: Conduct basic analysis and research using public records and proprietary tools to verify client information.
  • Inquiry Handling: Manage routine customer inquiries and operational tasks via established communication channels.
  • SLA Compliance: Execute tasks within defined timeframes to ensure consistent client satisfaction and operational flow.
  • Documentation: Maintain precise records of all client interactions and service requests for compliance and tracking.
  • Team Collaboration: Support team-wide production goals by providing accurate data and identifying workflow needs.
Job Qualifications:
Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Technical Aptitude: Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn/navigate complex databases and research tools.
  • Attention to Detail: Proven ability to input data and conduct research with high accuracy.
  • Communication: Clear verbal and written skills for professional internal and external interaction.
  • Work Style: Ability to follow direct supervision and work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced setting.

Annual Pay Range:
34,400 - 40,560 USD
