As an Associate Order Management Representative at Cleveland-Cliffs Steel you will be part of a team that is directly responsible for the entry and processing of variedcustomer purchase orders. This position is highly focused on data entry throughput and reliant on accuracy in a fast-paced environment.Summary of ResponsibilitiesUnderstand customer purchase order contract andor part specification sheet requirements and how the information is applicable to the production of the steelEnter orders using appropriate technologies into various entry systemsReview and check orders for discrepancies andor errors updating where appropriateDevelop knowledge of internal business processes and systemsProcess customer order changes that impact themanufacturingprocessingor shipment of the steelReview and resolve order issues with internal stakeholdersUnderstand specific production plant capabilitiesOther duties as assignedMinimum QualificationsHigh School Diploma and 2 years of relevant work experience or a Bachelors degreeWorking knowledge ofcomputersand Microsoft Office Suite Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint TeamsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to demonstrate attention to detailAbility to demonstrate time management and organization skillsEffectively communicates with team internally and externallyAbility to multi-task and prioritizePreferred QualificationsHigh volume order entryprocessing experienceKnowledge in SAP or other ERP SystemsCleveland-Cliffs Inc. is the largest flat-rolled steel company and the largest iron ore pellet producer in North America.
