Description

This position performs a variety of front office clerical and support tasks within an outpatient setting. Primary responsibilities include patient registration, patient scheduling, patient medical records, and customer service activities.

Required Qualifications:

6 months of experience performing general and specialized office duties; one year preferred.

Experience with medical terminology and basic medical record process.

Preferred Qualifications:

Coursework/Training and Course work in business or office practices

Prior hospital or clinical experience.

1 year of Scheduling experience.

Experience with computerized scheduling, registration or relation database.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
