Associate Payroll Specialist

Description:
We need candidates specializing in "backend " payroll or after payroll has been processed. This position is looking for candidates that have strong payroll tax processing experience.

Skills:
• Previous work with state agencies
• Work on tax notices, work with tax providers, power of attorneys, and 3rd party authorizations
• Has multi-state tax experience
• Microsoft Office Suites (Excel)
• Communication: Clear and effective communication
• Attention to Detail: Ensuring all aspects of the project are thoroughly considered and executed

Education:
High school with at least 2-3 years payroll tax experience

Solid foundation of payroll taxes- federal, state and Fica taxes
Tax filing exp- payroll tax filing
