Associate Pediatric Dentist Opportunity- Private Practice Waco, Texas

Raybrex Dental Recruiting is currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Associate Pediatric Dentist to join our private practice in Waco, Texas. This practice is dedicated to providing exceptional dental care to children in a warm, friendly, and comfortable environment.

This is a FFS/PPO and mix of Medicaid.

5-day work week, however, 4 days is an option

Competitive daily guarantee and paid on adjusted production which starts at 34%.

Hospital privileges are available and in house anesthesia cases are also performed.

Ownership opportunity is also a potential.

As an Associate Pediatric Dentist, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a team of experienced and dedicated dental professionals. You will have access to state-of-the-art equipment and technology, as well as ongoing support and mentorship from our experienced dentists.

Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive dental care to pediatric patients, including exams, cleanings, fillings, extractions, and other treatments as needed

- Educate parents and patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care

- Monitor and track patient progress and maintain accurate and detailed patient records

- Collaborate with other dental professionals to develop treatment plans and provide coordinated care

- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements and techniques in pediatric dentistry through continuing education and training opportunities

Qualifications:

- DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school

- Completed a pediatric dentistry residency program

- Current state dental license and malpractice insurance

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Passion for working with children and providing high-quality dental care

- Ability to work well in a team environment
