Position: Associate Periodontist Part Time- 2 Fridays a month

Location: Castleton, Vermont

 We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Associate Periodontist to join our client's practice in Castleton, Vermont.

Position Overview:

As an Associate Periodontist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality periodontal care to patients in a part-time capacity. You will work closely with the practice's team of dental professionals to diagnose, treat, and prevent diseases and conditions that affect the gums and supporting structures of the teeth. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and motivated individual looking to join a dynamic and growing practice.

This opportunity is working 8-5 pm. 2 Fridays a month.

Daily guarantee is $ 1,200- $ 1,800.00 based on experience 45-50% collection based.

Technology: CBCT and itero

In network with Delta Dental and BCBS

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform thorough periodontal evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients

- Provide non-surgical and surgical periodontal treatments, including scaling and root planing, periodontal surgery, and dental implants

- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and post-treatment care

- Collaborate with general dentists and other specialists to provide comprehensive dental care

- Stay current with advancements in periodontal treatment and technology

- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

- Adhere to all OSHA and HIPAA regulations

Qualifications:

- DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school

- Completion of an accredited periodontal residency program

- Current state dental license in good standing

- Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work well in a team environment

- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care

- Willingness to work part-time hours
