Job Description
- Defend a wide range of labor and employment claims in PA and NJ
- Draft pleadings and respond to written discovery
- Take depositions and participate in arbitrations and trials
- Handle general litigation defense matters as assigned
- Conduct legal research and prepare client-focused memoranda
- Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to develop strategies for complex matters
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- 2+ years of labor and employment litigation experience
- Active member of PA and NJ bars
- Experience with insurance defense and complex litigation preferred
- Strong research, writing, analytical, and organizational skills
- Excellent academic credentials and professional communication skills
