Associate Practice Administrator - IMA Medical Group

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations and physician practice management.
• Experience leading teams in a healthcare or operational setting.
• Knowledge of revenue cycle management, billing, human resources, budgeting, financial analysis, clinical workflows, and recruitment.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage competing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of healthcare management experience in a physician practice setting.
• 1+ years of experience leading clinical and operational teams.
• Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, Excel, and healthcare data analysis.
• Proven success managing multiple priorities, teams, or practice locations.
