About the Role

Crumdale Specialty is seeking an Associate Pricing Consultant to support our high-volume quoting pipeline. The Pricing Coordinator will work closely with Pricing Consultants, Market Coordinators, Underwriting, RSDs and external partners to ensure quotes are complete, compliant, and delivered on time. Duties and responsibilities

Requirements

  • Assist with quote submissions, including data gathering and scrubbing and creating the RFP to initiate proposal request.
  • Specialize in set up and execution of pricing requests for groups enrolled.
  • Create client ready proposals for new business, & groups, using established pricing templates and guidelines.
  • Assist Pricing Consultants where and when needed.
  • Maintain accurate opportunity tracking in Salesforce.
  • Work alongside Pricing Consultant guidance for escalations.
  • Communicate clearly to keep quotes moving.
  • Assist with reporting and analysis related to quoting.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1–3 years of experience in employee benefits or pricing support.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of self-funded group health plans and stop-loss.
  • Strong attention to detail and deadline discipline.
  • Ability to manage multiple quotes simultaneously.
  • Intermediate Excel, Adobe Acrobat and MS Office skills, and a willingness to learn new technology.
  • Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Strong Communication skills.
