The Green Bay Area Public School District is seeking an 11-month Associate Principal interested in joining our knowledgeable and collaborative staff, working to ensure every student is prepared to be college, career and community ready.

Qualifications Required:
Education: Master''s Degree or enrolled in a licensure program
Certification: Valid Wisconsin Principal License or ability to be licensed within first year
Experience: At least three years serving in a certificated education position
Qualifications Desired:
Certification: School Leadership or School Administration
Experience: 3 years teaching experience and leadership position within schools
Reports To: Principal
Supervises: School Personnel including Educators and School Support Personnel

Supports schoolwide vision of high quality and rigorous instruction for all students.
Models professional and personal behavior that fosters and maintains a positive school culture for all stakeholders.
Facilitates a collaborative and mutually supportive working environment focused on the achievement of each learner.
Manages resources and policies in order to maximize success in the school's instructional improvement priorities. (i.e. - fiscal responsibility, federal grant management)
Builds partnerships and relationships throughout the school community.
Performs all other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
