Seeking an Associate Principal with 11 to 15 years of experience in SharePoint Online to lead and architect enterprise SharePoint Online solutions within the Dwp architecture skill cluster family
Job Description
Lead the design and architecture of SharePoint Online solutions aligned with organizational goals and Dwp architecture principles Drive strategic initiatives to optimize SharePoint Online usage and integration with Microsoft 365 and other enterprise systems Ensure governance compliance and security standards are maintained across SharePoint Online environments Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align SharePoint Online capabilities with business needs and technology strategies Manage vendor relationships and evaluate emerging SharePoint Online technologies for potential adoption Develop and enforce best practices standards and documentation for SharePoint Online deployment and maintenance Mentor and guide senior SharePoint professionals and technical leads to foster innovation and continuous improvement Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes impacting SharePoint Online and enterprise collaboration platforms
Roles and Responsibilities
Define and execute the SharePoint Online roadmap in alignment with organizational objectives and Dwp architecture Lead largescale SharePoint Online deployments migrations upgrades and architectural enhancements Oversee high availability performance scalability and security of SharePoint Online services Configure access controls security settings and conduct compliance audits to safeguard SharePoint data Drive user adoption through training programs communication plans and support frameworks Collaborate with IT security and compliance teams to enforce policies and manage risks related to SharePoint Online Coordinate crossteam integration efforts between SharePoint Online Microsoft 365 and other platforms Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex SharePoint Online issues to ensure uninterrupted service Represent SharePoint Online initiatives to senior leadership and stakeholders providing strategic insights and progress updates

Variable Compensation: This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual''s skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
